Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa
A challenging and physically absorbing vinyasa series created by Sri Dharma Mittra for Dharma I, II, III, IV, and V. It reintegrates the flow of prana through the spinal column and emanates deep into all areas of the physical, metabolic, intuitive, and bliss bodies. It promotes harmony within all these layers so a concentrated state of radiant health is achieved. The highest crowning meditative asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), and yoga nidra (psychic sleep), which are embedded in the deep roots of Dharma Mittra's teachings, are imparted to the student.

Dharma I - II (Beginner - Advanced Beginner)
This class is still designed for Beginner Level I Students. Those attending classes on regularly will enjoy this practice that builds on the fundamentals of Dharma I. Students will gradually learn DY Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa Level II, a gentle yet powerful series to wake up the entire body for practice.
Dharma II (Advanced Beginner - Intermediate)
This practice builds on the fundamentals of Dharma I, and is designed for those wishing to advance in posture practice. Students will learn and practice Dharma II, igniting the entire body for practice. A series of deeper balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted variations will be taught including the head stand. This practice finishes with extended deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation exercises which will certainly bring a deep calm and invigorating energy to the students.
Dharma III (Intermediate)
This much deeper and amazing Intermediate practice builds on the teachings of Dharma II, and is designed for those wishing to move forward into our progressively challenging asana practices. Students will learn Dharma III, igniting the entire body for practice and unleashing the life force within it. With regularity, you can bring an end to weight problems and disease, attain health and stamina, and gain the opportunity to attain Self-realization. The balancing, back bending, twisting and inversion variations increase in difficulty. A special meditative head stand is introduced. This practice finishes with deep relaxation, breathing, and meditation exercises certain to bring a deep calm, sense of balance, peace, and invigorated energy to all students. |

| RAJA YOGA (LEVEL 1-3) |
| Raja Yoga is generally termed the Ashtanga Yoga or the Yoga of Eight Limbs, through the practice of which freedom is achieved. These eight limbs are: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi. We will slowly introduce all aspects of Raja Yoga in this class through challenging asana practice. Each class will consist of Pranayama (breathing), Asana (postures), and Dhyana (Meditation) along with getting familiar with the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This class is suited for intermediate through advanced practitioners. This class is also geared towards very challenging and vigorous asana practice (2 hr class). |

| Jivamukti Open Class (OPEN LEVEL 1-3) |

Whether you're a beginner, deciphering the difference between a halasana (plough pose) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi, the Jivamukti Open class encompasses all levels. You work at your own pace, following the teacher's constant guidance. A typical Open class consists of flowing vinyasa sequences partnered with Sanskrit chanting, traditional Vedic and contemporary teachings and commentary, breath awareness, meditation, hands-on alignment, and relaxation. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students. Exuberant, eclectic music plays an integral role; in a typical Open class you might practice to a shifting soundtrack of ragas, global trance, Bob Dylan, the chanting of Krishna Das, Bhagavan Das, Donna DeLory, Gregorian chants, and maybe some "happy" music. |

Ashtanga Vinyasa (LEVEL 1-3) |
This class presents intelligent options to modify poses and sections of the Primary Series, while maintaining the flow of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Students will experience new potentials of strength and flexibility while learning and practicing key elements of Ashtanga Yoga; the sequencing of postures, alignment, breathing, bandhas, and dristi. Appropriate for all levels. |

Vinyasa (LEVEL 1-3) |
| Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. |
Vinyasa Express (LEVEL 2)Majority of the classes are 1.5 hrs. Vinyasa Express is an 1 Hour long class for yogis who want to come during lunchtime.

| Never taken a class before? Basics class is designed for those who want a class specifically designed to introduce the beginner to the yoga tradition. The class is gentle, appropriate for beginners and those who may be recovering from injury, or who want to practice in a gentle way. |
Gentle Yoga (All LEVEL) |
This class is based on the Kripalu style of gently flowing Hatha yoga asanas. Gentle Yoga will remind you of your breathing and alignment during the postures, giving you the time and opportunity to find your expression of the internal feeling of the asana. One of the purposes of the class is to settle your jangled nervous system, allowing you to discover the coherence among the mind, body, and spirit that promotes good health and joy.
